  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Delivered via EMS
    • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas where our shipping partners may have restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bpc Bonprix Collection purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product

Return Shipping Costs
